3COM Service Centre Details
In order to ensure the best possible service, Comztek and 3Com have opened up a unique Service Center.
This center has been created to provide a swap-out service for faulty 3Com equipment.
Faulty goods carrying the Lifetime Limited Warranty can simply be brought to the Service Center, where a replacement unit will be issued.
Where there is no replacement stock, an Advanced Hardware Replacement will be requested. Faulty Network Interface Cards will be tested and replaced if they are found to be faulty.
