When you join the Microsoft Club you earn rewards, increase your ROI and improve your organisation’s profitability with every purchase of Microsoft products from Comztek .

Claim back cash rebates from sales and get refunds for cash spent on Microsoft certifications and marketing expenses and use these to gain rewards and claim your cash back.

In summary:
  • You need to purchase your Microsoft products from a Microsoft authorised distributor (Comztek)
  • Minimum purchase required is $15,000 for the qualifying period (unless otherwise specified or communicated)
  • You need to be a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Network
  • At the end of the accrual period, the cash rebate you have available is visible on the cash rebate current funds page
  • You can claim cash rebates for payment during the 6 month usage period
  • Your claim must be made by the 14th day of the month to be included in that payment run
  • You must perform a marketing activity prior to making a claim against your Marketing Funds
  • Partner Readiness such as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Training and Exams falls under refundable marketing activity
  • Your rebate is awarded on a fixed six-monthly period and will be paid in dollars ($) or Euros (€) equivalent directly into your company bank account
  • The cash rebate and marketing funds payments are made into the bank account you have specified on the Microsoft Club website
Please note that government and education licences are not rewarded as part of the Microsoft Club.
