According to Comztek, ordinary South Africans are increasingly becoming exposed to information security threats such as identity theft, spam and viruses, the company believes that the need for protection against such threats has grown exponentially. Comztek also says that the rapid response rate provided by the operators will ensure that resellers are able to gain significant competitive advantage over their rivals through pre-sales and after-sales support.

According to the disti, the Norton enquiry line is open from 08:30 – 17:00 weekdays and operators are on standby to take calls during this time.
