How do I accumulate Miles?
Comztek Mile is accumulated for every
R50.00 spent. Miles are allocated on
payment of invoice reaching Comztek
within payment terms.
What do I do with my Miles once I have redeemed them?
If you have chosen
Voyager Appreciation Miles
you will need to mail your
vouchers to SAA Voyager at
the address printed on the
back of the voucher. If you
are an existing Voyager
member, your miles will
immediately be credited to
your account. If you are not
already a Voyager member,
complete the application
details printed on the back
of the voucher. As soon as
your details have be
recorded with SAA Voyager, a
Voyager membership Welcome
Pack will be mailed to you
and your Miles will be
credited to your account,
along with an additional
2500 Miles as a joining
bonus. Once you have banked
your Miles with Voyager, the
terms and conditions of the
SAA Voyager programme become
applicable to you.
If you would like to use
your CAP Miles for Training,
contact Comztek at
with details of how many
points you want to redeem.
You can then book the
training course you want to
do directly with Majestic
Training or Torque IT.
Comztek will pay the
training providers’ invoice
up to the value of your
redeemed CAP points and you
are responsible for the
difference, if any. Majestic
Training or Torque IT will
provide you with a booking
or voucher number once their
invoice is paid in full.

Who are Miles allocated to?
Will I be kept informed of my balance?
Comztek requires that the company
registers with CAP and that Miles are
allocated to that company. These Miles
may then be allocated within the company
at their discretion.
Monthly statements will be posted and
emailed to one nominated person each
How long do I have to redeem my CAP Miles with Comztek?
Comztek will give you two full years to
redeem your Comztek Miles. A three-month
expiry summary will be printed on the
bottom of your monthly statements
reflecting Miles at risk of expiring.
How long do I have to redeem my Voyager Appreciation Miles?
Voyager Appreciation Miles are valid for
a period of a year from date of issue.
Please bear in mind that these Miles may
have been purchased from SAA Voyager at
a date prior to the redemption of your
Comztek Miles. Please check the date on
the voucher for an expiry date.
