Service Support (TSS), an automated
24-hour Service Centre that is able to
assist resellers and their customers
with access to backup stock and full
technical assistance, dependant on the
needs or SLA agreement of each Comztek
customer.
Through the TSS, resellers are able to
log service calls, activate SLAs and tap
into technical expertise telephonically,
or request backup stock that will be
delivered within 24hours if you are
based in a major centre. The test
laboratory also offers the perfect
backdrop for pilot systems, prebuilt
systems, and the architecting of
business critical environments before
they are installed in a live
environment.
