Enhancements to 3Com Post Sales support in South Africa

Dear Customer,
Please be advised that 3Com’s Post sales support model has changed in South Africa as of January 01, 2009.

In addition to Technical support, as of the 1st January 2009, all customers in South Africa will need to contact o3Com’s EMEA call centre directly to request an RMA number (Return Material Authorisation) for any defective 3Com branded product.

These changes will ensure that our customers and partners receive improved support for all their Post Sales service requirements on 3com branded products.

Alternatively you may want to use e-support (3com’s online self-help tool) to create and track the progress of your RMA repair request.

Your faulty unit must be returned to the following address, once you have received your RMA number:
