3Com has introduced new switch architecture – XRN (eXpandable Resilient Networking). XRN is unique to 3Com and is an integral component of 3Com’s new enterprise switch range, which gives users benefits in terms of speed and functionality. Why Comztek?

In order to ensure the best possible service to resellers and their customers, Comztek and 3Com have established a service centre. This is unique in that 3Com has just two other service centres worldwide. The aim of the service centre is to provide a swap-out service for faulty 3Com equipment where the equipment carries a 3Com Lifetime Limited Warranty. Faulty goods that carry the Warranty can simply be brought to the service centre, where a replacement unit will be issued. If there is no replacement stock, an Advanced Hardware Replacement is requested.
